My mother’s first question when I started my new role as a future skills advisor at MTC — Manufacturing Technology Centre was “Great!, but what do you do?”. To be honest, I was out of words. For someone with no context of the whole idea of Workforce Foresighting and the role of a coach in the processes, it is quite daunting to explain. It’s been 3 weeks since I started and I can confidently say that I have not made much progress on that front.
